How is my approach different? I work with each of my clients on a one-on-one basis, creating mutually beneficial, synergistic, long-term relationships. I am constantly striving towards the goal of becoming more of an employee than a consultant, to better understand the needs of your business.
I become deeply invested in each project I take on, which is why I carefully select each of my clients, choosing businesses I know will benefit from my consulting style. In this way, I avoid the common industry pitfall others make: taking on too many clients, robbing them of quality service and time for in-depth analysis.
I have over 17 years of experience helping companies with software engineering and online marketing, and have learned to avoid common problems in industry, such as spending too much time on superfluous reports, switching accounts between managers, and approaching the client with a 'know-it-all' attitude that does not encourage them to express their opinions.
I believe in reviving the traditional slogan that 'the customer is always right', and that we need to start actually serving our clients!
